Gestern haben wir uns zwei japanische K\u00fcchenmesser der Marke <a href=\"http:\/\/www.messerspezialist.de\/kai_shun.html\" target=\"_blank\">Kai Shun<\/a> geleistet.<\/p>\n<p>Eines f\u00fcr Gem\u00fcse (Patronat Flurina) und eines f\u00fcr Fleisch (Patronat Markus).<\/p>\n<p>Weil diese aus 32 Lagen Damaszener Stahl bestehenden &#8220;Gadgets&#8221; so edel und sch\u00f6n aussehen, haben wir diese gleich auf einer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/markusbaumgartner\/sets\/72157629508367393\/with\/6951659669\/\" target=\"_blank\">Foto-Galerie<\/a> verewigt.<\/p>\n<p>Wir versichern Euch: an diesen Messern schneiden sich sogar Bazillen und Bakterien, so scharf geschliffen sind sie&#8230; ;-)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ab sofort wird in unserem Hause sch\u00e4rfer gekocht.
