Anschliessend die Artischocken-Herzen beif\u00fcgen, umr\u00fchren und 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Nach Belieben Saucenhalbrahm erg\u00e4nzen und pfeffern. Etwas Currypulver rundet den Geschmack ab.
